3 step process:
1st - hr interview (30 min call): ask overall questions about past experience, motivation and etc.
2nd - tech 1.5 hour long interview: ask theoretical questions with some tasks in between
3rd - final with head of iOS, 1.5 hours: ask the long term motivation, soft skills
