I applied through an online application form. 2-3 days after, I got feedback and as first step, I had to complete a "tester questionaire". Again, I got immediate feedback, and scheduled an in person interview for the week after. I did a total of 3 interviews. The first one, with a total of 6 members of the SW team and more general interview, where I had to talk about my experience and solve a logic problem. The people were very nice and I did not feel any pressure or nerves because they really try to make you feel confortable and asking realistic questions according with my experience and the role offered. The second one, it was more specific and about my different work positions and experience, which included some non-work related questions too from HHRR. Again, felt very confortable and did not have the feeling of being passing an exam, as other companies do. Finally, the third interview, was a cultural fit interview, where I got to meet more people of the team, including one of the founders of the company. They asked questions about my past experiences and how I reacted or acted when certain situations happened. And I got also the chance to ask them questions in order to meet them better. I did agree a lot with the fact that they do this "cultural fit interview" because it is a way to get to know your potential co-workers and see if you fit in the team and their culture.
