It was a pretty smooth process. I was asked to introduce myself in English and from there we chatted about various topics, both about the job and myself. The interview ended on a positive note and I was very happy with how it went.

The online interview was easy and scheduled very fast. I applied and recieved a job offer in two weeks. During the interview, we spoke about potential hiccups in the classroom and how to handle it. Did a "mini mock class" and talked about my background in education.

Asked about previous teaching experience, work experience and how many years living in Korea. Had to do a mock teaching for the vice director and then show my resume to director. Was told I also had to complete the HQ training and pass it, prior to starting work there.
