A recruiter has approached me for Test Lead role, 1st round was haker rank test followed by there were few rounds of interviews around the same. The final interview was with their US test manager and India's head. Everything went well. The Recruiter - Pathuri, Chandramouli, held my profile for 4 weeks, and finally, he said they have hired another person from a referral interview process. And they still want to hire you. So there will be another round of interviews for another project. When I have requested a JD they said a similar role. But the requirement was completely different where I don't have any experience. The last round was taken to just to reject. Waste of time and energy. Worst recruit team ever. Sad to say I have invested my 5 weeks and the resultant is this. Don't trust this company.
