Firstly they show you a short video, then you can try different testing question as much as you want to make sure everything goes well.
Then they give you questions by short videos , you have 30 sec to prepare and 3 mins to answer, you can cut the answer earlier.Totally 4 questions.
The fifth question was writing questions. They showed me a painting from Picasso(which was sold by Sotheby's ten years ago), the woman in front of a window. They ask you to give at least 3 elements to explain why you think the work is interesting. I felt like 5 mins was really too short, i couldn't able to finish anything.
Then another short thank you video.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.

You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
