Applied online and heard back within a couple of weeks. I came in for a first-round interview, which went really well, and was asked to come back for a second. When I arrived, the HR manager told me that the woman I was supposed to be interviewing with was not in the office that day and that I would be participating in a Skype interview with someone in the UK. The second interview also went well in my opinion, but I never heard back after that. I sent a followup but received no formal rejection or any other feedback. I could understand not hearing back after a phone interview, but I took the time to travel to the office twice. If this was any indication of how they operate as a company, I consider myself fortunate for not landing the job.
