Applied online, first round interview via HireVue (video interview). Pretty straight forward questions, on background, motivation, why you would be a good fit. One question had me review a painting - description, artist, year etc.

Applications are open from September until December. In the first stage, you have to answer a series of questions about yourself and the program. If selected you are invited to do a hire view.

After applying, I was asked to do a non-verbal reasoning test and then passed to the next round and was asked to do a Hire Vue interview and then invited to go do the assessment centre in person in New York
