Short and sweet, if you are laughing with the manager you basically have the job. Make sure you know about chipotle what they stand for the quality of the food as well as the vibe you give to customers being loud and relaxed is important

Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
Was very casual, applied online, called to schedule an interview time, interview occurred, questions were very basic and normal regarding fast food and customer experience. very easy normal fine very easy
