Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle
Entretien
Have had around 6 to 7 interviews at different locations. The questions were mostly the same format: "Tell me about yourself" "How do you hear about us?" "Why choose to work here?" Only been asked those three simple questions, and the process took no more than 20 minutes. I tried doing tons of researches before attending and felt pretty confident. Most managers would engage in simple conversations and ask follow up questions. It wasn't so bad until at the end they always pulled their trump card, "We will contact you back shortly." As anyone would have known, it always has some special meaning beyond comprehension.

Entretien
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) en mai 2026
Entretien
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
