J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle en avr. 2021

      Entretien

Was super excited about this interview because I want to be with a growing company that has good long term advancement opportunity. However, this was a very bumpy interview process! I applied online for a posted position. Took aprox 30 days before I received an email requesting a phone screen interview. Day of the interview, I received an email 5 minutes after the scheduled time asking to reschedule which I understood given I've been in the industry for 20 years. Once I had the interview, it went well and they moved it along to the Regional Director. A week later had an hour long video interview with the Regional Director. Lots of questions about development and asked for many examples of how I build teams. After that interview I was asked to interview with another Regional Director. Was told they would reach out to schedule shortly. After 36 hours I sent an email to notify them that I had not heard anything regarding a third interview yet. After that I received a response promptly with available dates for about a week out. Very similar questions to the prior interview. I did find it odd that between the 2 directors that they clearly were not aligned on the performance of the state that I was interviewing for. First director stated that all stores was green at model (fully staffed) and some over model but a week later during my third interview I was told that the state was between a Red or Yellow (Slightly understaffed to understaffed). That was a little concerning for me but figured I would raise the question at the next step should they decide to proceed forward. Upon conclusion of the third interview I was told someone would reach out to me and likely schedule a RJP (Realistic Job Preview). I sent a follow up email 24 hours after the interview to both directors but received no communication in return. Several days later, still no communication so I sent another email. Still no response. By day 10 I sent a third email telling them that I assume they decided not to proceed forward but I also made it a point to express my dissatisfaction with their communication or better put, lack there of. I did receive an email response for that one apologizing for no one getting back to me and that they had decided to go a different direction. I suspect it was a blessing in disguise.
