I submitted an application online to three different locations. One location told me that they weren't going to go further with my application. The second location said they were having a job fair. I attended and was placed in a group interview, They asked "What are you passionate about?" and "Why Chipotle?" After that, they had a separate interview with each of us. They asked more questions about us and our schedule. They then told me they would email me or call me for a second interview. A few days passed and I received and email for a second interview. The second interview was the next day. I sat down with the Kitchen managers of chipotle and they asked me questions like, "Are you able to work at Chipotle? It is very hard. It gets loud and busy" and "Why do you want to work for Chipotle?, Do you want to be here long?" After the initial interview they told me they were going to speak to their General Manager. About five minutes later they offered me a job.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

The interview process included an application, attending a brief in-person interview, answering questions about teamwork, availability, customer service, and attitude, and was sometimes followed by a same-day or quick hiring decision.
