J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 8 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle
Entretien
Went through a phone interview, in person interview with three people, second interview with panel of five people (who intermittently were on their cell phones) and then third interview with another three people. One of guys who interviewed me actually said it would be great if they hired me because they have so many men in their leadership that it would be nice to have more female leadership. Out of the 11 different people who interviewed me, only one was a female. Even another female manager said to me, "oh how's it being surrounded by all these guys? I'm usually the only woman!" I thought that was disappointing culturally.

They sent over a video HireVue link, which had a standardized 6 question interview- this way all of the candidates can have the same questions and be graded on the same criteria. I was invited to do this interview within 48 hours of the link, I am not sure what would happen if you are unable to get it done within that time frame.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Minneapolis, MN) en janv. 2016
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter to meet a local recruiter for the initial interview. If I was unable to make the day and time they had selected, I was given the option of doing an online video interview. I met the recruiter at my appointed time. The interview was casual. The recruiter was genuinely wanting to get to know me and gauge my personality for the fit of the role. I was told the environment was casual and to wear jeans. I did so even though I am use to a suit every day. A nice change from a stuffy stressful interview process.
