I had three people conduct the interview on two separate days. They were the district manager, the co-manager, and an assistant manager. The interview was informal with questions that anyone would normally find in a restaurant job interview. They asked less than 10 questions and they were valued a person that had the passion to move up in management. Interview lasted about 45 minutes in total for both days and if you were given the job on the second day, you had to stay a bit longer to get the paperwork and orientation out of the way. Very straightforward and informative.

Met in the dining area during a time that was not very busy. Met the regional manager, NOT the store manager so it was not with someone that you would be working with ever.

Two employees (one management and one regular employee) sit down in the store and interviews.
Once you finished the interview, they will consult with the General Manager and let you know on the spot. After that, you have to contact them to fill in additional paperwork.

Entretien
The interview process was very relaxed and the manager took the time to get me on a personal level instead of asking very stiff and rigid questions. The interview took place in the middle of the lunch rush. No reason to be stressed over a chipotle interview as long as you are serious.
