I was invited to attend a hiring event as the store was opening. I sat down with two crew members first and they asked me a series of casual questions. Then I sat down with the assistant manager and he asked me more questions, more directly associated with the company and their beliefs. I was then called back for a group interview with the general manager and three other applicants. We took turns answering the questions that he asked us.

Just applied online and then got a call to come in for an interview. it was a very straightforward process. interviewed right there in the seating area by the hiring manager.
the interview was very professional and respectful. i appreciated the clear questions and respectful environment. i was given water and they actually sent an email saying i was rejected instead of ghosting me, nice

Easy got the job right away with no experience. NEGATIVE: you need to buy new shoes and was not told this until my first shift...What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. The environment seemed chaotic, and employees appeared stressed and overworked, which made me question the overall workplace culture.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect well on the company, and it made me reconsider wanting to work there. I hope they improve their interview process to better respect candidates’ time and present a more positive image of their workplace.
