J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Woodbury, MN) en mars 2012

First you will be interviewed by a kitchen or service manager (or possibly one in training) and if you make a positive impression they will schedule you to come back during a non-peak hour for an hour long crew test. This consists of spending time with the other employees while you discuss the company, it's practices, expectations, etc. as well as getting to know you while you do some basic tasks you would be charged with if you were hired. The crew has final say on whether you will be hired or not - managers consult crew members on their impressions of potential hires, so be friendly, energetic, engaged and take initiative during this process. If all goes well they can get your training week written into the schedule and you in to work within 10 days.

Just applied online and then got a call to come in for an interview. it was a very straightforward process. interviewed right there in the seating area by the hiring manager.
the interview was very professional and respectful. i appreciated the clear questions and respectful environment. i was given water and they actually sent an email saying i was rejected instead of ghosting me, nice

Easy got the job right away with no experience. NEGATIVE: you need to buy new shoes and was not told this until my first shift...What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. The environment seemed chaotic, and employees appeared stressed and overworked, which made me question the overall workplace culture.
Overall, the experience didn’t reflect well on the company, and it made me reconsider wanting to work there. I hope they improve their interview process to better respect candidates’ time and present a more positive image of their workplace.
