I called the store after submitting my application online to see if I could come in for an interview. I got a chance to sit down with the shift manager first, and she asked a few questions. It was very casual, like she really just wanted to get to know me and get a feel if I would work well with the team. Then she directed a few crew members one at a time to interview me. They asked general questions and what my interests were, again to see if I would make a great addition.

One in person interview at the location with the manager. No more than 15 minutes in and out. Manager showed the store and the team as well afterwards. Easy process and right to the point

They called me 2 weeks after submitting an app and asked me to come in for an interview. It was in the middle of the eating area and it was at 2pm so it was extremely busy and loud, I could barely hear the other candidates (there were 4) or the manager. They asked 3-4 generic surface-level personality questions and it was over in 10 minutes. It felt like they were hiring people based on looks. They said they would call back in 48 hours. They sent me an email 2 and a half weeks later saying they wouldn't be offering me a position. The whole process was draining, unprofessional and overall uncomfortable. The business itself is such a great business but unfortunately the management and staff at this restaurant (hopefully not all chipotles) was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

there is a group interview and the manager asks several questions regarding schedule flexibility and if we can handle high order amounts since the job is extremely fast paced. if you are quick with your hands and have good people skills it should not be an issue to get this job the only suggestion i have is to only apply if you are willing to be working nonstop for 8 hours at a quick pace and with sometimes obnoxious customers that have specific orders
