Only verbal and panel interview. No written test or phone interview. only one round. the interview last for an hour and meeting two manager at the same time. both of them are from different departments.

Entretien
Round 1: Semi-structured/Group discussion (Leaderless group discussion). In the first round, it's a one-on-one interview, and in the group discussion, there's no designated leader. Round 2: Semi-structured interview with two interviewers. I was interviewed for about 6 to 7 minutes and then came out. They also asked me whether I planned to take the civil service examination.

Why did you choose to work for China Mobile? How is your stress tolerance? How do you relieve stress in daily life?
Conducted in Cantonese. Mostly getting questions asked instead of like a conversation. It also tried to dig into my privacy idk why, like interest and most stressful times, which is unrelated.
