on-line IQ test, just some logical questions ; group discussion following by finish an assigned task; technical presentation on a given topic and Q&A; manager interview focus on former working experiences and project performance, HR interview
Great experience. They are polite and expressed strong interest. However, they are not that professional and knowledgable. The whole process was pleasant. There was no hard time for the whole time. I would not accept the offer even if they made an offer.

I was asked to finish an exam first. After that there is a standard interview but with four interviewers, behaviour questions as well as some discussion on tough situation ever faced.

Written test came first and it took around 1.5 hour. After the test, it followed by a face-to-face Interview with HR manager and line manager in one go, lasting for around 1 hour.
