The interview process is smooth as the talent acquisition team had good teamwork and facilitated the interview of around 30 applicants. There were three levels of interview and if you passed all three you are given a job offer.

The interview process was structured and covered key aspects, but I felt there were moments where communication could have been more engaging or encouraging. While it didn’t affect my respect for the process, I believe a more collaborative tone might have created a more positive experience overall.

Just say all your research and ideas about the job position. The HR is not hard to talk with. After the initial interview they give you requirements. No exam before entering the company.
