Here is my experience in applying for a position in China Bank:
1. Applied for the position (submitted application form, tor, diploma, and resume)
2. Pre-employment Assessment Examination and Essay
3. Initial HR Interview (thru MS Teams)
4. Interview with department head and HR Officer (onsite)
5. Final Interview with HR Group Head (MS Teams)
6. Job Offer Presentation (MS Teams)
7. Pre-employment Requirements
8. Orientation
Overall, my application process took more than a month. The interviews with the HR group head, Department Head, and HR officer were all very easy and casual. The interviewers were so kind and easy to talk to, no pressure at all. Most of the questions were about the experiences I listed in my resume and my answers in the essay.
