I had an interview with a very senior person and few others. Pros: The place felt very stiff but pay was better than average. People have top notch academic credentials (not sure if that translate into investment performance). Cons: The senior person was exceptionally rude and pompous and made a wonderful remark that even though by performance they are in the 3rd quartile, clients trust them with their money. Also, they were unprofessional in providing feedback. Also, risky career path as bulk of their assets are in natural resources fund.
