The interview process included three rounds before I was told they had decided to move forward with another candidate. The first was an HR screening call, the second was with the direct supervisor, and the third was with the Chief Marketing Officer. They mentioned they were at different stages with folks, so I imagine they went ahead with someone further along in the process. Overall, it was a relatively easy process, but communication could have improved. I didn't hear from them for 1 and a half weeks, and at that point, I assumed I didn't get it.
