Very simple and straightforward interview process. They email you asking to schedule for an virtual interview. They discuss the companies goals and you tell them how your personality and skills align with their goals.

I first had a phone interview with the HR manager who is very easy to talk to and has experience as a Behavior Technician. The Video Interview was easy and relaxed, we actually used Face Time. Questions were standard mostly about past work experience. I know now that this position has a lot of turnover since it's a stressful job. The only way to know if you're a good fit is to actually do the job so as long as you have a clean background then you will qualify for the job.
