This is your typical lousy American company that wants to exploit college educated and experienced workers while screwing them on pay. After the third interview phase, I never heard from them again. And I would expect nothing more than sheer disrespect for my time from a company that pays so little. I'm sorry I wasted any of my time on this sad excuse of a company.
