It was with an assistant manager and then the gm. They asked basic questions, but what I didn't like was the assistant manager asked if I went to church, which you have no right to ask that.

I came in early and was asked to wait while the manager was gotten. He sat us down at a table and the interview went fairly fast. The questions were simple, but it was obvious they didn't really have my resume, or at least didn't look at it.

Is a very casual process of the one on one interview with one of the main managers of the restaurant. Reviewed my personal strengths and personal weaknesses as well as going through my prior in past experiences.

Went to the store, asked for an application and took it home to fill it out. Took it back to the store the day after and got called for an interview the following week. Fairly easy, went by quick, just be yourself.
