You get asked how you would handle situations in the classroom and its about 5 questions= 3 minute interview. You have to answer the questions very fast. I felt kind of pressured and I had to think very fast on my feet. Overall though, the short interview is not as bad as the long 2 hour wait to be called to be interviewed. So be prepared to sit and come dressed professional.
