Lauren found me on LinkedIn and reached out to see if I was interested, adding she thought I would be a great fit. Asked to see the job script, which she emailed and I then reached out to her. Said the interview process would move quickly as they needed someone immediately.

Do you own a dog?....How many years of recruiting experience do you have?....her response - wow, that's a long time, what year did you graduate?...conversation took a complete change in tone and direction. Never heard back from her. Remember, Lauren called me.
Messy. Their R4R recruiter is one of the worst I’ve ever worked with. Got every time we scheduled wrong, had no idea what she was talking to me about and finally ghosted me at a final stage. I actually tried to give feedback to someone on the HR team but they weren't interested. There is a reason you have had reviews and a low rating. Perhaps you should pay more attention .
