Went to final rounds but was rejected and given frankly offensive feedback. Chewy is trying to operate like a mature established tech company but it is apparent they are still finding their footing. Both hiring manager and skip level manager struggled to anger questions regarding their vision for the org. I was asked questions which seemed unrelated to the positions scope i.e. lean style manufacturing vs the program. Overall the difficulty was medium with some interviews being very easy and others taking too much from Amazons style of rapid fire follow up.
