Application on LinkedIn that lead me to emails back and forth with the recruiter. We had a phone interview and in the end, due to scheduling conflicts, I was not offered the job.

Then hr manager interview was all virtual via teams. This was also a standard interview.

Entretien
There were multiple interviews. The first being via phone with a recruiter. The next step in the process is a virtual video call with the hiring manager. After there is an interview with the department director. Finally a meet and greet.
