2 phone screens followed by a phone interview. Recruiter was not too professional, using some language I was surprised at for an interview. I was invited for an onsite interview to meet the GM and conference in with Regional LM. Typical STAR situational questions followed by an assessment that had to be completed after observing 2 process areas on floor. The GM was on laptop the whole time during the interview and and it appeared they were also doing other work. After hearing nothing for almost 2 weeks I decided to contact the recruiting coordinator. They had the recruiter call me. He said " oh I was meaning to get back to you but it fell off the radar". So I had to call myself to find out I was not being considered for the job. The feedback was pretty vague as well. I see why now so many negative reviews of interview process. I will call this a blessing in disguise that I was passed up on.
