Was very easy. They asked basic interview questions and want to know your background. I felt comfortable once I was there because my interviewer was easy-going. Then they had me do a drug test. It was a quick process.

Phone Interview, followed by an in person interview testing your handwriting (though it isn't relevant to the job at all), followed then by a normal style interview in their office.

I emailed the recruiting office and they stated that I had to schedule an appointment via email to go into one of the offices to take a grammar quiz. Once recieving notice that I passes the grammar quiz, I was told when my orientation date would be. When I arrived at the orientation date, I was explained how to write the letters and contact the card writing department for additional help if needed.
