On the other hand, the subsequent interview focuses on fostering interpersonal connections and assessing your compatibility with the prospective team members. Conducted in a one-on-one format, this stage spans throughout the day, affording you the opportunity to meet and interact with approximately eight individuals who play pivotal roles within the organization. The aim of this multi-phase interview process is to ensure that candidates possess both the technical expertise required for the role and the interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration within the team.
