I went in for an interview and the head of HR had me interview with herself as well as 2 other people within the department. After going through a lengthy 2 hour interview i was told that they wanted me to come back to meet with one other person to finalize the process. Typically they're interview process isn't that long but i figured maybe they were really interested because of hoe much time was being invested. The head of the dept even suggested that i sit with the person whose job i was going to be doing to get a feel of what goes on. After wrapping up the interview i was told to set an appointment to meet with the final person. The day before that second interview i received an email stating the person would not be in the office so we would have to reschedule to the following wee. I sent multiple emails to the department head as well as called and they ignored me everytime. Overall it was a waste of time and very unprofessional to schedule a meeting and then ignore the person.
