My interview experience with Chesterfield County was positive. It was with a panel including the direct supervisor and supervisor one step-up, as well as a couple of additional colleagues the position would collaborate with. They were very thorough and welcoming.

The interview process was very welcoming. They were very friendly and did a great job explaining the duties of the job and answering all questions. They also provided a walk through of the office and introduced me to to many of the staff.
