Entretien
I met with three customer service supervisors from different branches and a representative from HR and they asked me a worksheet of questions. Then I had to show how quickly I could deal with cash.

What was a difficult situation at your previous job and how did you deal with it?
The interview process was relatively painless, with reasonable and pertinent questions. A panel of 4 interviewers conducted a round-table style "from script" interview. They gave a brief skills test as part of the interview. A quick notification of an offer came just several days following the interview.
