A quick phonecall with a recruiter, and then a few weeks later a 1:1 call with a design lead. Standard design interview questions, good responses to my questions. I was told I would hear back about next steps in a few days but it has now been almost a month. I suspect I have been ghosted by this company.

The HR person was nice and kind, everything went well and the vibe was great so I looked forward hearing back from them, but I wasn't selected to the next step.
