3 stages - HR talk when we discussed my experience and what I feel most comfortable at - 1 technical talk about tools that I used at work, technical experience and presenting description of task that I got to accomplish - 1 final talk with CTO about where we finalize the details

Entretien
The process took about a month from the time of apply. The first call with the recruiter was postponed 3 times. At the first stage he told me about the position, asked a couple of questions in the style of "why chess.com". The whole process according to the recruiter includes 5 stages: a call with the recruiter, a technical evaluation, a call with the senior developer, pair programming, and a call with the CTO. I was rejected after the third step with no clear reason. I think this is too many stages and it took a month to go through only three of them.
