It was very long and very in depth and they asked a lot of questions. They went all the way from childhood until where I currently am. Although it was in depth that was easy to answer because it was my life.

I was initially contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for an Account Executive role and went through three rounds of interviews. The first involved a 15-minute introductory call, followed by a 45-minute discussion about my past experiences. The third interview required a take-home assignment, which I spent approximately 8 hours completing. The hiring manager, who was about to go on paternity leave, suggested that I present the assignment the next day. After the interview, he indicated that I would move forward in the process and requested three references. While he was on paternity leave I received multiple emails from him assuring me he would be reaching out to my references and scheduling my final interview soon. After 5 weeks of waiting I checked in again just to be told he was "sorry there was some internal miscommunication and they went in another direction." He never even bothered to call my references. I sent a follow-up email asking for feedback/clarity since the week before he was assuring me an additional interview. This email was ignored. The lack of communication and disregard for the effort I put into the process was frustrating, especially considering the time invested and assurances given. I believe candidates who invest significant time and effort should be treated with more respect and communication. Based on my experience, I would caution against pursuing opportunities with this company.
