The interview process was multi-stage with 5 interviews meeting several people from across the business at varying levels of seniority. This was to ensure you were a good fit for the team and the wider business.

I really enjoyed the overall process. I felt it was done very professionally. I first had a chat with an HR followed by a 1 hour interview with the Senior Designer. During the latter I had to present my response to a design task.
