Initial call with HR Representative was asked for salary range which I provided and she said 'perfect we are in the exact same range'.
Had an initial conversational interview with the hiring manager, and then a technical interview with the hiring manager and the entire team I would be placed with. This interview seemed to go really well and I was told I would be contacted shortly.
After two weeks, I had an offer from another company, I called the HR representative to check what was going on. On this call she told me that she had not heard anything and then asked 'oh by the way did I tell you that we are actually not in the same range on the pay?'
After this call, I never heard back, no explanation, nothing. Completely unprofessional and I will not be considering a position here in the future after having so much of my time wasted.

Entretien
The interview process was very straight forward, structured and quick. A recruiter reached out to me first, then a technical screening call, then a technical assessment (I had to do a presentation), and then a face-to-face with the hiring manager. Everyone was very friendly, professional and honest.
