Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and consisted of one or two rounds. The first round was a basic screening where they asked about availability, work experience, and customer service skills. The second round, if applicable, included a hands-on test where I had to prepare a sample drink and demonstrate knowledge of different tea types. The interviewer also asked situational questions about handling customers and teamwork. The entire process took about a week, and I received a response within a few days.

How do you ensure consistency in drink preparation?
It has 2 interviews, phone and in person, for a total of approximately 30 minutes, asking basic questions about yourself and some situational questions. It is then followed by a trial shift for opening.
