I met a Chasse employee at the ASU career fair and hit it off right away. I was contacted about a month or two later to go in for an interview. I came for the interview within a week of being contacted through email. There were 3 individuals at the interview. They initially gave an overview of the company and what they were looking for. They asked questions pertaining to my experience and asked if I had any questions. They also showed me around the office. The interview questions seemed to measure my response from a personality and culture standpoint as if to measure if I would fit with the company culture but also if my goals aligned with theirs.
