Entretien
I was in front of a panel of 4 managers with 3 other interviewees. I eventually found out that the interviewing managers were indeed the branch managers of our perspective branches. They asked a couple of questions and went through every single one of us with the same questions. At the end, they asked us if we had any questions for them.

They asked me to describe myself, how much cash I handled, and to describe a time when things went really wrong but you turned the situation around for the better.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

It’s basically the STAR method questions. Questions based on customer service and sales
not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
