If I can recall, I believe HR will call you and have a phone interview first. And if they think you are a good candidate, they get in touch with the current BM or ABM of the branch you applied for and set up an in-branch interview with management there.

A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
