The interview process was simple. The recruiter had reviewed resume and asked questions specifically about customer service. When responding keep in mind that "the customer is always right". They want to hear that you are able to provide empathy and be solution oriented.

I was called one morning with an opportunity to come in for a formal interview. I met with two hiring managers for one-to-one interviews. About 2 weeks after my interview I was given a offer for employment.

It was an assembly line and impersonal. The interview was out on the floor in a vacant cubicle. They have you a long sheet of paper with a huge disclosure to read as if you had to pass a reading test to work there.
