Had 2 interviews in the space of 2 weeks first one with the manager and assistant manager followed by another with the district manager and another manager. Got offered the position a week later and accepted. went to licensing about 1 week after start date, process took about 2 months.

Entretien
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.
