Entretien
Super easy. If you smile a lot and are kind they will like you. Really big on customer service so just be very polite and well mannered. I was interviewed by two managers and they were super nice.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult customer or someone not satisfied with the company?
They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.

Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.

How do I maintain in a fast paced environment. For me it was simple coming from wireless communications. It’s always busy and serve a lot of customers.
phone then in person interview, all behavioral questions about teller work. was not too hard, just have some answers prepared before coming in and or having the phone interview, good luck!
