Easy and quick and painless. The hiring manager was quick to get me in the door to interview. Questions asked were predictable. The interviewed were professional and easy to talk to.

There was a basic questionnaire management would follow. Then they would ask a few additional questions depending on who the manager was. Sometimes they would bring in the assistant manager if they liked you enough.
