I had an in person interview with the branch manger and the finical adviser
Moved on to the second interview with the market director.
Was offer the job same day

This was interview #1 with the national recruiter. She was very nice and helpful. Have the second interview coming up shortly with a local recruiter. After that, it sounds like there will be two more.

Very easy, very informative. The managers interviewing will ask a lot of questions and will also do perform some role plays with you. You will also be asked what you previous role entailed.
