I applied online and was contacted for a first-round interview with the recruiter. From there, I was progressed to an interview with the manager this role would report to (which ended up being rescheduled last minute). That conversation went well, and I was scheduled for an interview with the VP of Client Success (which was rescheduled the day of) and then, for a final interview with their SVP of Operations. After that, I was ghosted by the organization even after following up on two separate occasions and being promised an update. This was particularly ironic to me, because at the start of the interview process, the recruiter asked that I keep them in the loop if any other interviews I had progressed to an offer as a courtesy, but that professionalism and courtesy was not reciprocated. Overall, the interview process with this company was very disorganized and frankly, pretty disappointing as I was initially extremely excited for the opportunity, but after my experience, I’d be hesitant to recommend anyone in my network apply here.
